Terms and Conditions

By visiting this website and using this BT Guest Wi-Fi order system, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

  1. BT Guest Wi-Fi packs are only available to BT Business Guest Wi-Fi customers with a Smart Hub or Business Hub 5 at the date of request only. By accepting our terms and conditions you are aware that all non-customer orders will be cancelled upon verification.
  2. You are limited to four packs per customer. All orders are verified and any multiple orders will be cancelled and you will not be notified.
  3. All packs are sent via Royal Mail so please allow up to 7 working days for delivery from order. If you do have a query please find our contact details on the website (call or email) but do not contact BT as we manage the print & delivery process for your merchandise.
  4. BT Business and LWV Printworks cannot be held responsible for any packs that are dispatched from our warehouse but do not reach the recipient. In the event you do not receive a pack please call our customer service team and report your order ID number.
  5. BT Business has the right to end the offer of merchandise materials at any point.
  6. By accepting the terms & conditions, you agree for your data to be used only for the purpose of this mailing and any direct marketing support related to the merchandising for Guest Wi-Fi.
  7. All packs have no cash equivalent value and are free for BT Business customers using Guest Wi-Fi.​
